Site Flow is provided for the purpose of facilities management, including logging and tracking maintenance jobs, managing buildings and assets, assigning tasks to team members, and generating reports. You must not use the Service to:
- Engage in illegal activity: Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
- Reverse engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, or attempt to access source code
- Disrupt the Service: Conduct DDoS attacks, deliberately overload systems, or otherwise interfere with the Service's infrastructure or performance
- Scrape data: Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from the platform without prior written consent
- Harass others: Send abusive, threatening, or harassing content through the platform, including comments or messages
- Share credentials: Share your login credentials with unauthorised individuals or use another person's credentials without permission
3. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, applied at our discretion based on the severity and nature of the violation:
- Warning: A written notice identifying the violation and requesting immediate corrective action
- Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account while the matter is investigated
- Termination: Permanent termination of your account and access to the Service, with or without notice depending on the severity
We reserve the right to skip steps in the enforcement process for serious violations, including but not limited to illegal activity or actions that threaten the security of the platform or other users.
