If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Organisation administrators are responsible for managing user accounts within their organisation, including assigning roles and permissions.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription will be billed monthly unless cancelled. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Site Flow and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We take your privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
